Job summary

Wander Staffing seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Behavioral Health Provider for ICE Health Services Corps in Florence, AZ. The role involves evaluations, therapy, and case management for detainees within a Modified Therapeutic Community model.

The position requires an MSW, active Arizona LCSW license, BLS, and the ability to work 4-10s with rotation of weekends/holidays. Telehealth may be used where licensed.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, full, unrestricted LCSW license in Arizona.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health evaluations, individual and group therapy, and case management for detainees.
• Provide direction to a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health technicians and interns.
• Write evaluation reports for ICE/OPLA on individuals on the SMI list.
• Provide weekly reports to HQ Behavioral Health Unit on SMI and segregation cases.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care with HQ Behavioral Health Unit.
• May provide telehealth for patients at other IHSC facilities where licensed.
