Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Havre, MT seeks a licensed LCPC/LCSW to join our compassionate, community-focused team. The position offers $60,000 to $70,000 per year, full-time, with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

You will supervise clinical programs for youths and coordinate treatment plans, collaborating with supervisors, staff physicians, and other professionals to deliver quality care to children, adults, and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist in Montana.
• Clinical understanding of youths with emotional challenges and learning differences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision according to State of Montana rules and corporate policy for the programs assigned.
• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

Requirements

Talents, skills and abilities

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one (1) year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
• A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
• An ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possible NHSC slot, continuing education credits, clinical supervision, and other licensure assistance available.
