Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Launch and Change Management professional to support material planning, supply chain and change management initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple DTNA teams to ensure smooth launches and on-time plant deliveries.

The role requires strong Excel and MS Excel skills, plus experience with IMS/MRP systems. Hybrid work is available at our Portland location, with relocation not provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant supply chain or change management experience.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with IMS and/or other MRP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support LCM Material Planning activities related to supply chain management and change management.
• Lead cross-functional supplier/DTNA initiatives to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Partner with project teams to ensure on-time delivery for plant build events and changeovers.
• Maintain part parameters, load supplier Spot POs, and issue Premium Freight Authorizations as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Series & Resourcing team and track KPIs.
