Job summary

Tristar Beverage, LLC is hiring for an entry-level order picker. No experience is needed as training is provided; candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly, with occasional manual handling of heavier items.

The role is Monday through Friday with hours starting at noon, ending only when the work is complete; weekends are off. Safe work practices and good attendance are essential as you collaborate with a team in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly; push/pull up to 800 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours.
• Able to manipulate kegs up to 180 lbs.
• Work Monday–Friday, starting at noon; weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Pull a customer’s order from the warehouse and stage it for loading.
• Obtain verification and load each truck.
• Work closely with the warehouse team and learn safe lifting techniques.
• Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night.

This is a Monday through Friday job, with hours beginning at Noon and ending when all work is complete, so your ending time will vary.The work requires frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting of beverage products. Manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility are required. This is a position that requires a high level of personal fitness to meet the physical demands of the job.
