Job summary

Layne's Chicken Fingers in Missouri City, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to uphold our standard of great guest experience. You will lead by example, coach in the moment, and ensure each shift runs smoothly from front of house to kitchen, while maintaining fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include understanding each role, training staff, managing labor, and ensuring cleanliness and protocol, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team culture.

• Complete closing shift paperwork.
