Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will drive a positive culture, train team members, and uphold brand standards across front-of-house and kitchen.

• Utilizing company documentation and checklist to ensure every shift is PERFECT EVERY TIME!
• Complete closing shift paperwork
