In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and approving license renewal applications and related documentation in support of the selective liquor licensing program administered by the PLCB for our retail and wholesale alcohol licensees. Responsibilities involve examining and evaluating applications for different types of licenses and permits as mandated by the Liquor Code, subsequent amendments, and by the adoption of Board regulations, precedents and policies controlling the manufacture, purchase, transportation, storage, delivery, sale and consumption of liquor, alcohol, and malt or brewed beverages.
Organization and time management skills are key for this role, in addition to acquiring and effectively applying a working knowledge of the Liquor Code covering the requirements for the different types of licenses and permits, Board regulations, precedents and policies, pertaining thereto as well as all applications, fees, and supporting papers.
