Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead - Admissions
Griffin Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead to join its t eam . T his position provides clinical leadership and oversight for the behavioral health/admissions team, serving as a licensed therapist while also supervising staff, ensuring compliance with clinical and admissions standards, and supporting departmental decision-making. Reports directly to the Director of Admissions.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends and holidays required )
Salary: $ 77,000 - $84,892.50 ( commensurate with DMH experience and certifications)
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) with a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field and full, independent licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, or equivalent). Additionally, a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing professional behavioral health services to consumers in a state-approved facility or similar healthcare or behavioral health setting is required .
Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH) is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for adults. GMH provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.
