Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate fixture, straightening, machine shop and layout operations.
• Ensure operations meet inspection and safety standards.
• Maintain work instructions and revise them with Quality Control.
• Work with engineering on first article inspection scheduling and predevelopment parts.
• Ensure all documentation (AS9102 forms, production reports) is accurate.
• Train and evaluate staff in Fixture, Straightening, Machine Shop, and Layout.
