The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of construction surveying experience and be comfortable using total stations and GPS. Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction surveying or layout experience.
• Strong experience with total stations, GPS, and layout software.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Experience with structural concrete layout preferred.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and field-focused.
• Degree in surveying, civil engineering, or construction management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout for foundations and other structures.

👷 What You’ll Do

This role is critical to ensuring our projects are built correctly, efficiently, and safely from day one.

• Perform layout for foundations, anchor bolts, embeds, columns, walls, slabs, and site improvements
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and gridlines
• Interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings for accurate layout
• Use GPS, robotic total stations, and other survey equipment for field layout and verification
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field crews to support sequencing and layout needs
• Verify as-built conditions and assist with final as-built documentation
• Troubleshoot field conflicts and dimensional issues proactively

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of construction surveying or layout experience
• Strong experience with total stations, GPS, and layout software (Trimble, Leica, Topcon, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings
• Experience with structural concrete layout strongly preferred
