Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Layout Designer to join our team in Dallas. You will develop multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings from schematics and provided geometry, using CAD tools and ensuring accuracy against specifications.

Minimum 5 years of layout experience are required, along with an Associate degree. You will collaborate with stakeholders, communicate clearly, ramp on new systems quickly, and lead layout execution for challenging blocks.

Responsibilities

• Development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering
• Work may be completed through use of CAD equipment
• Checks dimensions, writes specifications, and verifies completed drawings, art work or digitized plots
• May check design layouts and detailed drawings

Minimum requirements:

• Associates degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant layout experience.
