Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a production worker to fabricate wooden crates and skids, ensuring timetabled ship dates. You will lay out parts from drawings, drill, cut, and grind to specification, and move finished items through the line with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch, lifting up to 25–50 lbs, and standing on concrete for long shifts. Overtime and outdoor/indoor work exposure are possible in a non-heated/cooled facility.

• Ability to work from a priority list and move between tasks.
• Able to read and write and understand basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lay out dimensions on materials using ruler, tape measure, and pencil.
• Operate drill press, cutting equipment, grinders, and other machines safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and move product to the next work center as work is completed.
• Assist in other departments as needed and maintain updates to prints and documents.
