Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU in Wichita, USA is hiring a Layer Pick Operator for the 1st shift on weekends at the Spirit Distribution Center (SDC). You will manage inbound receiving and outbound picking, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accuracy in processing orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, 5S standards, and swift problem reporting to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving/picking and use of WMS systems.
• Knowledge of 5S and cleanliness standards in a warehouse.
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow parameters for Receiving/Picking/XDOCK areas.
• Process and sort deliveries to correct destinations.
• Receive and stock incoming deliveries accurately.
• Pick and pack orders per work orders.
• Process orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in the WMS data.
• Care for computer equipment and customer parts.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor of issues promptly.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards in area.
