Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer (Layer 2) to join our team in a full-time capacity at one of our Segra offices. The role focuses on provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting E-Line and ELAN services via CLI, with an emphasis on Cisco equipment.

This hybrid position requires at least three days in the office and two remote days weekly, with a strong emphasis on customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with network operations to ensure reliable, scalable services for

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, or troubleshooting via CLI.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in networking engineering or layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet Networks.
• Collaborate with network teams to provision and troubleshoot services and maintain reliability.
