You will participate in Root Cause Analyses and Continuous Improvement efforts, maintaining 5S and documenting issues while working overtime as needed. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred but not required.

• Must possess the ability to learn and adapt quickly, take initiative, produce complete and accurate work.
• Must be an organized problem solver, able to meet deadlines and follow through to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and HAVCO safety rules and regulations.
• Identify and correct safety hazards; notify supervisor of issues.
• Meet customer quality requirements; perform CTQ testing as needed.
