Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with safety and quality procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and Havco safety rules/regulations.
• Identify and report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Move material safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Identify unsafe behavior and address with coworkers.
• Meet customer CTQ requirements in assigned area.
• Perform standardized quality inspections.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues.
• Safely operate equipment in the assigned area.
• Maintain steady flow of material and adjust machinery as needed.
• Ensure produced material meets customer specifications.
• Stop production if quality issues identified or equipment unsafe.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep machinery in good condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document them.
• Learn and follow Operator Bases Maintenance (OBM).
• Participate in RCA and CI efforts.
