A legal advocacy organization in the United States is seeking a qualified legal professional with a license to practice law. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in dispute resolution across civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. Responsibilities include handling legal documentation and attending court proceedings. Strong communication skills are essential. This role aims to contribute towards increasing entrepreneurship and economic stability in India.

We are looking for someone with license to practice law, should have completed internship and have experience in dispute resolution.
The candidate should have a background and experience of working on dispute resolution in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation & arbitration. The candidate should have knowledge of filling for recovery suit, sending legal notice, case registration, FIR registration, application drafting & filling and attending court dates.
