Job summary

DiMaggio Law Office, PLLC is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our growing family-law and civil-litigation practice in Scottsdale. The candidate will manage cases, communicate with clients, conduct discovery, draft motions, negotiate resolutions, and appear in court.

Starting salary is approximately $150,000, depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities, fully paid medical insurance, 401(k) matching, unlimited paid time off, and a supportive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
• At least two years of family-law and/or civil-litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, and client-communication skills.
