Job summary

Fisher59 is seeking a Sales Merchandising Specialist responsible for stocking, merchandising and maintaining POS materials across assigned accounts. You will install permanent and Litho POS, ensure visibility, and coordinate with store teams to optimize product displays.

The role requires practical skills in basic carpentry and electricity, with a focus on effective point-of-sale placement and timely pre-staging of materials within accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in stocking, merchandising and POS placement.
• Willing to work daily with flexibility for extra hours if required.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Basic knowledge of electricity.
• Pre-stage permanent and Litho POS in designated areas ahead of need.
• Sign off on POS forms and obtain proper approvals.

• Ensure permanent POS has high visibility and is securely installed.
• Ensure paper POS is used correctly and in appropriate quantities.

Job Description

This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Job Duties

• Maintain a working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of all your accounts
• Be able and willing to complete assigned work scheduled on a daily bases even if extra hours are required
• Use basic carpentry skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity
• Pre-stage all permanent and Litho POS in a designated area the day/days before it is actually needed
• Sign off on POS forms and ensure they have proper approval
• Installation of permanent and paper POS sold in by supervisor and sales people within accounts in preferred and safe positions
• Double check w/ person who scheduled activity at an account the day before the work is done for additional needs and clarifications
• Be able to sell all types of POS
• Be able to choose and sell in locations with in an account in order to give Fisher59 POS the greatest exposure
• Ensure all permanent POS has a high visibility location and is securely installed
• Ensure all paper POS is used in the proper manner and quantity
