Route Service Specialist – Delivery & Field Operations

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day begins at our Oakridge Ave S office, where you prepare your route and equipment before heading out by 7:30 am. You’ll visit multiple locations within a 15-mile radius, completing deliveries, pickups, or inspections. Throughout the day, you’ll communicate progress with your team and handle any issues that arise. After finishing your route, you’ll review your work and get ready for the next day’s tasks. This role requires focus, time management, and the ability to work independently while staying connected with your team.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $14/hour training rate, $16-$18/hour regular rate


• Average weekly earnings around $580


• Full-time, 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday


• Occasional weekend work only if needed due to weather


• Performance, attendance, referral, quality, and team goal bonuses

A Few Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background screening


• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving within a 15-mile radius


• Able to walk, stand, and lift items regularly throughout the day


• Comfortable communicating directly during the hiring process
