Position Summary: The Lawncare Crew Lead is responsible for leading a team in the maintenance and beautification of grounds across our senior living communities. This hands-on role includes lawn care, landscaping, seasonal clean-up, and routine equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hardworking team leader who takes pride in a job well done and understands the importance of curb appeal in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and work alongside a crew to perform all aspects of lawn and landscape maintenance
2. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more
3. Ensure safety protocols and high-quality standards are followed on every job site
4. Monitor schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of work
5. Communicate with community leaders and property management staff as needed
6. Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow prep, and planting

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in lawncare, landscaping, or groundskeeping
2. 1+ year of experience leading a crew or team preferred
3. Strong knowledge of landscape tools and equipment
4. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
5. Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
