Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Lawn Specialist in Sanford, FL to maintain lawn care services and diagnose turf issues. You will follow routes, apply products according to training, and ensure safety and quality during every visit.

This role emphasizes customer relationships, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision after training. Benefits start day one and paid training is provided; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period.

Responsibilities

• Lawn Services - Responsible for the daily operation of lawn care as provided in training to ensure the most efficient lawn care service for our customers.
• Customer Experience - Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
• Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training.
