The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, continuous learning through paid training, and the ability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat turf issues including insects, disease, weed.
• Perform daily lawn care operations per training.
• Follow the scheduled route and arrive on time.
• Apply products safely and follow label instructions.
• Build customer relationships through friendly service visits.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
