Job summary

Spring Touch Lawn & Pest Control in Minnesota is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to join a large, established team with 50+ years in business. You will apply fertilizers, weed control, aeration and seeding, and other treatments to residential or commercial properties, often working independently outdoors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability Monday through Friday ( Saturdays as needed).

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Available Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must enjoy outdoor work and varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control, aeration and seeding, and other treatments to our clients’ residential or commercial properties. You will have the pleasure of working independently, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, while enjoying your work and doing an exceptional job.

Requirements

• Develop the knowledge and skills to apply proper applications in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide a high level of service by performing and completing all services.
• Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Obtain all required licenses by Department of Agriculture
