Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Lawn Specialist to maintain professional lawn care and diagnose turf issues. You will follow scheduled routes, apply products safely, and ensure high customer satisfaction on each visit.

The role requires a valid state license, availability Mon–Sat, and the ability to operate service vehicles. Training is provided to learn Rentokil's range of products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lawn services: perform daily lawn care per training and follow routes to ensure timely visits.
• Customer experience: build relationships with customers through friendly, helpful service during visits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Our Lawn Specialist will maintain a professional appearance of lawn care while providing diagnosis/treatment of insects, disease, weed, and cultural issues associated with the normal cycle of turf grass.

• Lawn Services - Responsible for the daily operation of lawn care as provided in training to ensure the most efficient lawn care service for our customers. Follow the daily route as scheduled and ensure timely arrival at each location. Apply appropriate products, follow safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Customer Experience - Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Responds to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis.
• Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training.

Position Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
