Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is looking for a Lawn Specialist in Kissimmee, FL to support daily lawn care operations. You will diagnose and treat turf issues, follow routes, and apply products safely according to guidelines.

Customer-focused duties include building relationships during visits and responding to requests promptly, while maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawn care service with professional appearance and diagnose/treat pests, diseases, and cultural turf issues.
• Follow daily route and ensure timely arrivals at each location; apply products per label and safety procedures.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful service visits and respond to service requests promptly.

Follow the daily route as scheduled and ensure timely arrival at each location. Apply appropriate products, follow safety procedures, and label instructions.Customer Experience - Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
