Job summary

AC Lawn Care and More LLC is seeking a motivated Lawn Technician to join our Fairview Heights, IL team. This hands-on outdoor role focuses on delivering well-maintained lawns and landscapes to customers, with pride in outdoor work and visible results.

The position involves lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and application of fertilizers and pesticides as needed. A valid driver's license and reliability are important, with pesticide license a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to safely operate commercial lawn equipment.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns for residential/commercial properties.

AC Lawn Care and More LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Lawn Technician to join our growing team in Fairview Heights, IL! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in delivering beautiful, well-maintained lawns and landscapes to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing for residential and/or commercial properties
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed for lawn treatment programs
• Identify and treat lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and disease
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding lawn care needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Pesticide applicator license a plus, but not required
