A-Perm-O-Green Lawn in Texas seeks motivated lawn spray technicians to service residential and commercial properties year-round. You’ll receive hands-on training, learn product usage, safety practices, and customer communication while building your career with a family-owned company.

You’ll manage daily routes, uphold quality and safety standards, and enjoy competitive hourly pay with paid holidays and vacation after one year, plus potential bonuses and growth within the company.

Formación

• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be at least 24 years old due to insurance.
• Strong work ethic with dependable performance.
• Able to manage daily routes and meet production goals.
• Good verbal and written communication; follow instructions.
• Read and interpret product labels and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and lawn products per label and safety rules.
• Safely operate company vehicles while servicing properties.
• Complete daily paperwork and service documentation accurately on time.
• Maintain vehicles, trailers, spray equipment, and tools; perform safety checks.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional and timely manner.
• Evaluate lawn conditions, diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
• Assist with new sales by evaluating properties and pricing needs.
• Work independently and manage an assigned daily route.
• Maintain high quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and service.
