Lawn Services - Client Support Worker
Thomasville, GA | Temp to Perm | $13.00 / Hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate lawn care operations and supervise workers with cognitive disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for assisting individuals with cognitive disorders to succeed.

Responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on instruction for individuals with developmental disabilities in lawn care techniques, including mowing, weed eating, bush trimming, and edging, by demonstrating best practices and setting a positive example.
2. Support individuals in developing essential life skills by guiding them in modifying techniques, correcting behaviors, and ensuring safe practices during daily tasks.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• CPR Certified or willing to become certified during orientation
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean criminal background check
• Clean drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to operate standard lawn equipment

Location: Thomasville, GA

Pay Range: $13.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
