Job summary

Truly Nolen of America, Inc. is seeking experienced Lawn Technicians to manage an outdoor route in Key Largo, FL. You will inspect properties, apply lawn care products, and build strong relationships with customers while delivering high-quality outdoor service.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with clear opportunities for hourly increases as you meet route metrics. The role includes paid training, ongoing professional development, and comprehensive benefits after a 45-day full-time ramp.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn and ornamental care required.
• Strong customer relationship skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently on outdoor routes.
• State lawn/ornamental certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: Step out of the typical office and into the fresh air. In this role, you will manage your own route and be the go-to expert for our customers' outdoor spaces. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Inspecting and treating properties to keep lawns, trees, and shrubs healthy and thriving.
• Safely delivering applications of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with your customers.
• Selling and growing your lawn route, which paves the way for great career advancement opportunities.
• Ensuring all customer paperwork and service records are completed accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous lawn and ornamental experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a strong driving record.
• A self-starter who enjoys working independently and spending the day outdoors.
• Understand the importance of paperwork.
• Bonus points: State lawn/ornamental certification is a huge plus!
