Job summary

Deans Services is seeking a Lawn & Pest Technician to service residential properties and help customers keep lawns healthy and homes comfortable. You will apply products with care using professional equipment and explain recommended services to customers.

Training lasts up to 12 weeks and pays $18–$20 per hour. After training, the role becomes commission-based, with a full suite of benefits including a company vehicle, uniforms, insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 21 or older to drive a company vehicle.
• Background check and drug test required.
• No experience? Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential properties to treat lawns, control weeds and pests.
• Help customers understand lawn and home care.
• Apply products safely with professional equipment and advise services.
