Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lawn Mowing & Landscape Maintenance Technician to assist in providing high-quality lawn care and maintenance services to our clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring properties look pristine and professionally maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, string trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Assist with landscape bed maintenance including weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
• Blow off hard surfaces and remove lawn debris
• Identify and report any landscape issues (e.g., pests, irrigation problems, plant health)
• Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure efficient, high-quality service
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Schedule:

Typical work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Occasional weekend work during peak season.
