Job description

Giant Landscaping Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Maintenance Lead to join our team in Manchester, NH. This is a full-time opportunity offering $20 – $24/hour, hands-on equipment maintenance training, and the chance to work in a team-oriented environment.

ABOUT THIS LAWN MOWING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE LEAD JOB

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All team members begin their day by reporting to a central location before heading out to job sites across the region.

Each day will begin at our central facility where you will conduct a thorough inspection of your assigned truck, trailer, and equipment. You will then lead your crew to designated job sites, where you will oversee and participate in lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance tasks using professional, commercial-grade zero turn mowing equipment. Your role will include supervising the crew, promoting a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring that all work meets client expectations. When necessary, you will communicate directly with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns. Throughout the day, you will be responsible for using a mobile app to log activities, manage route sheets, and complete other required documentation. You will also perform or oversee basic equipment maintenance, with training provided if needed.
