Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of lawn maintenance experience.
• Driver's license required if assigned as a driver (license issued at least five years ago).
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Precise, consistent work output with patience and focus on one task at a time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and stay composed.
• Experience with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work year-round.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and bed cleanup are performed professionally.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for the workday and load them into the truck.
• Learn and operate equipment safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Familiarize yourself with customer expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers, peers, and supervisors.

As a member of ABC’s Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. Seeking a detail oriented individual who is disciplined, diligent and sincere. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers’ lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of lawn maintenance experience.
• Do you hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application? (Only needed if assigned as a driver)
• Ability to work outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
• Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
• Accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
• Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
• English speaking is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
• Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
