Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Lawn Maintenance team member in San Antonio, TX. This role supports mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care with start-to-finish scheduling based on daily yards.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in lawn maintenance, a valid driver's license if assigned as a driver, and the ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures. Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential.

• Valid driver's license (issued at least five years prior) if assigned as driver.
• Ability to work outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Precise, consistent work output requiring patience and single-task focus.

• Accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• English speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
• Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.

What You'll Bring:
