Job summary

Cross Creek Grounds is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Leader to support and lead field crews across residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in quality results, helping keep routes, properties, and equipment on track.

• Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor environments.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial landscaping equipment and maintenance practices.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily landscape maintenance operations.
• Help crews complete mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanups efficiently.
• Inspect properties throughout the day to maintain quality standards.
• Organize equipment, materials, and trailers before leaving the shop.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding route updates, property concerns, or customer requests.
• Train team members on safe equipment operation and proper landscaping techniques.
• Keep trucks, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with maintaining production goals and completing jobs on time.
