Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Laborers for the seasonal landscaping season. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in lawn care or groundskeeping and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position is responsible for performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance duties to ensure properties are kept clean, attractive, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns using commercial lawn equipment
• Pull weeds, prune shrubs, and maintain flower beds
• Apply mulch, soil, and fertilizers as needed
• Operate and maintain lawn care tools and machinery safely
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each use
• Assist with seasonal clean-up, leaf removal, and other groundskeeping tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issues
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when on client property

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Valid driver's license but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Work Schedule:

• Seasonal position; workdays and hours may vary based on weather and workload
• May include weekends during peak season
