Outside Unlimited - Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire, actively seeking a Lawn Maintenance Foreman.

The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for:

1. Performing lawn and landscape maintenance at our commercial properties.
2. Using equipment such as Exmark zero-radius commercial mowers or similar, as well as string trimmers, blowers, and other small engine equipment.

Qualifications include:

• Ability to lead a crew of 3-4 members.
• Experience driving a 1-ton truck & trailer.
• Understanding all aspects of landscape maintenance.
• Effective communication with crew members and management.
• Maintaining a safe work environment.
• Taking pride in work.
• Operation of skid steer preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of previous experience in lawn maintenance.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH.
• Completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon receiving a job offer.

Pay range is $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, DOE.
