Job summary

United Land Services in Florida is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to supervise a 3-5 person crew and ensure high‑quality landscaping work from design to maintenance.

You will operate mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to trim and edge lawns, maintain plants, and uphold safety standards while meeting project timelines. Extended hours Mon–Fri are required with guaranteed hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Experience in lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation is essential.
• Availability to work extended hours Monday to Friday.
• Effective leadership skills to guide your team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.
