Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in completing daily lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-ups.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, and blowers.
• Ensure safe operation and proper maintenance of all tools and vehicles.
• Manage route scheduling and job completion using mobile phone apps and GPS systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new crew members to build team capabilities.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including zero-turn mowing.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping trucks and trailers.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for check-ins/outs and navigating with GPS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to meet company insurability standards.
