We are hiring a lawn maintenance crew leader who would be responsible for running a lawn route which would include spring and fall clean ups, mowing, edging and trimming at jobs and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed on flex days.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Operate commercial lawn and maintenance equipment

• Attention to detail and high standards for quality of work on job sites

• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day)

• Ability to work outside 8-9 hours per day Monday through Friday

• Positive attitude and ability to communicate in a professional manner with other crew members and clients

• Physically capable to handle outdoor equipment (including but not limited to lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, leaf blowers)

• 2 years or more of experience in lawn maintenance and ability to pull a trailer

**Pay dependent on experience but ranges from $18.00-$22.00 Per Hour

If applicable, premium pay for snow removal work performed at night and on weekends.
