The Grounds Guys in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Team Leader to oversee lawn and landscape maintenance, supervise a small crew, and coordinate daily routes to ensure client satisfaction. You will operate commercial equipment and perform maintenance tasks with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning shrubs & trees.
• Perform landscape enhancements such as spring/fall cleanups, mulching, and plantings.
• Safely operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and chainsaws.
• Proper handling of materials and safe work practices.
• Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity.
• Supervise a team of up to 3 people delivering services.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair to ensure safety.
• Address customer questions, comments, and concerns.
• Prepare efficient daily maintenance routes for crews.
• Manage daily clock-in/out and start/finish times of jobs.
• Ensure routes are started/finished on time.
