Legacy of SC LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a dedicated Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker to maintain 7 acres of property and keep it well-groomed using hand or power tools and equipment. This is a regular, full-time position with a salary that scales with experience.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, debris removal, and keeping pool, deck, and yard areas clean and organized. Onsite work is required, with compensation between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mow grass, weed eat.
• Yard clean up and care.
• Pick up debris.
• Trim shrubs.
• Take care of all plants and trees.
• Planting.
• Fertilizing.
• All care of 7 acres.
• Pool and deck area.
• Schedule of all areas.
• Haul debris to the dump nearby.
• Keep up with schedules.
• Clean out and maintain small barn, basement, everywhere.
• Organize and keep clean.
• Add mulch and anything needs.
• Keep all yard and building lights up and running.
• Keep trash up.
• Keep steps, porches, dock and boat house clean.
