P&K Equipment in Edmond, OK is seeking a Lawn & Garden Service Technician to perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on lawn and garden equipment. The role requires following technical manuals and safety practices while maintaining professional communication with customers and field staff.

Responsibilities include diagnosing needed repairs, performing repairs, keeping up-to-date product knowledge of John Deere and competitors, and maintaining tools, vehicles, and a clean work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• 1+ Years experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or Small Engine Technician preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using Technical Manual procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in turf equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic lawn and garden equipment diagnostics and determines repairs.
• Performs basic lawn and garden equipment repairs as directed.
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows safety habits.
