TRU LAND Equipment is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain lawn and garden equipment across multiple brands. You may mentor apprentices and work closely with the Location Service Management team to ensure quality service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in service repairs, knowledge of mechanical systems, and comfort with diagnostic tools. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of service repairs experience; performance metrics preferred.
• Proficient with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on turf equipment.
• Experience with computer-based diagnostic tools, e.g., Service ADVISOR, is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair John Deere lawn and garden equipment and other brands.
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Participate in trainings to advance technical skills.
• Mentor apprentices and students as requested.
• Maintain clean work area and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Track materials, time, and complete required reports promptly.
