LINCOLN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LLC is seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Technician to keep exterior spaces manicured through mowing, edging, and trimming to create clean and attractive surroundings for clients.

You are hardworking, a team player, and committed to quality work. Prior lawn care exposure is preferred, with a willingness to perform in all weather conditions and to engage with customers professionally on site.

Qualifications

• Past experience in the lawn service/groundskeeping is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds repetitively and work on your feet for long periods.
• Knowledge of Service Autopilot or similar app is a plus.
• Willing to work in all-weather elements.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, or axes.
• Operate commercial lawn equipment including mowers, tractors, snow blowers, or pruning saws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in the lawn care industry is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
• Gather and remove litter
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

• Past experience as a lawn service tech/groundskeeper preferred
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
• Must be able to use commercial lawn equipment, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Knowledge of Service Autopilot or similar app.
