Luv A Lawn is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time role in Florida. You will diagnose turf problems and deliver lawn care services while learning industry-friendly, environmentally responsible practices.

Ideal candidates have outdoor work ability, can lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver's license, and are team players willing to train and grow with us. Competitive weekly pay, production bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
