Job summary

Turf-Doctor-Inc. Hartselle is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time opportunity. You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify customers' properties with a focus on environmentally responsible lawn care.

Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour based on experience. Training is provided, and the role includes weekly pay, benefits, time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required - training provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
