Job summary

R&S Groundskeeping and Nursery in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Mowing Crew member to maintain lawns and landscape spaces year-round. You will work in small to medium teams, follow directions from a Crew Leader, and help keep client properties neat and safe through efficient mowing and basic upkeep.

Responsibilities include operating landscaping equipment safely, performing mowing and weeding, site cleanup, and reporting progress to managers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Experience in landscaping or equipment operation is preferred.
• Good time management skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing and weeding to maintain tidy outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct site clean-up including debris removal and maintaining a neat work environment
• Work collaboratively within small (2-4) to medium (5-10) team sizes
• Follow directions from Crew Leader and report progress to Manager
