Lawn Doctor is hiring Lawn Care Technicians for full- and part-time opportunities. You will deliver high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services while working outdoors with limited supervision.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have strong communication, can operate machinery, lift 50+ pounds, and pass a background check. This position offers a flexible schedule across franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience with driving truck and enclosed trailer.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize, aerate and seed lawns using ride-on equipment.
• Tree/Shrub health and mosquito/Tick control applications.
• Offer New Services to Customers.
• No mowing or landscaping; 4-day work weeks.
